1) try to keep an empty stomach, like when you are going to do yoga.
2) keep yourself hydrated
3) follow the music
We will meet at the agreed address, and have some time to put our things in the space reserved for the ceremony, normally it is a circle (like for sound bath /singing bowl experience).
Let’s practice using the energy of communication wisely. Some people may like silence, some others may feel comfortable sharing their way home. Please, read the situation and let’s keep the space of meditation, with full presence.
We will sit, be guided about how to take the cacao and it will be clear when the ceremony has started. Auria will guide the ceremony with music (Ikaros- singing).
You will receive the cacao in a drinking version, in a cup, and you will have some time to connect with it and drink it at your own time.
It is recommended to close your eyes and follow the music.
The ceremony duration will be in between 2 hours (30 min at the start take the cacao and feel into, 30 mins to slow down, have a circle of word of integration, and main 45-60 min of
guided meditation).
You can go to the bathroom at any moment, just try to find the best way in and out of the circle to not interrupt somebody else’s meditation 🙂
It will be clear when the ceremony has ended.
There will be a closure space.
Consider that you will be relaxed after.
Your own bottle of water in case you want to have water close to you
Your own cup if you want (most probably I will provide one cup, either a ceramic or a biodegradable paper cup)
Mat or cushion, according to your most comfortable position. To or something that can be under you and keep you cozy.
Wear comfortable clothes, keeps you and your feet warm
Maybe a nice blanket according to the weather conditions.
You are welcome to bring what gives you spiritual strength, or brings back a good memory (like an amulet or crystal). Here I kindly advise you to keep it simple, small, meaningful and personal 🙂
