Cacao is a great ally to reconnect with our inner essence and our own body awareness. There are no two ceremonies which are the same, so the best way to approach this ceremonies is as a continuos learning process to create your own internal sacred space, and your own way to be connected with the different parts of yourself.
As a metaphor I said that a ceremony is like going to the top of a mountain, hill or building. From there you can see down, all the ways like in a map. Ceremonies are useful to take perspective. Then in our everyday life we have to walk that way, BUT we feel the support of our guides, our friends, or we can see that we are all walking a path of understand of being a spirit with a human experience. Is in everyday life where we can find the slow change that can make us observe how we can take the best out every moment, challenge or circumstance with the awareness the inner resources and creativity to go through life-death-life.
