Doris Lillebil Pollas, es una mujer lesbiana que ayer cumplió 96 años. Ella es el último miembro vivo del grupo que fundó la primera asociación LGTB de Dinamarca, en 1948. Doris, representa una esperanza, y podemos llamarla con razón: patrimonio cultural vivo.

Doris Lillebil Pollas is a lesbian woman who turned 96 yesterday. She is the last living member of the group that founded Denmark’s first LGBT association in 1948. Doris represents hope, and we can call her living cultural heritage.
How did Doris’s parents take it back in the 1970s when she came out of the closet? What were the political struggles she faced? How did she experience relationships and love? How is her family now? What advice would she give to younger people?
In the interview made by Amina Elmi and me, that will be publish in one week, she tells us about her life path, hoping that her story can inspire more people to dare to be who they are.

Den sidste levende medstifter af LGBT Danmark 96-årige Doris Pollas er optaget i Dansk Folkemindesamling, og er blevet kulturarv. Doris, der var medstifter af Forbundet af 1948, og foreningens første kasserer og forkvinde for kvindeafdelingen.
Hvad var de politiske kampe, hun stod overfor? Hvordan levede hun kærlighed? Hvordan er hendes familie nu? Hvilket råd ville hun give til yngre mennesker?
Vi kan kalde hende for levende kulturarv. Hun har rundet de 96, og tager én dag ad gangen. ”Det er om at nyde hver dag, for man ved jo ikke hvor mange man har tilbage”, som hun siger.
